Symposium's Microdermabrasion

(aka Microderm)

Microdermabrasion is a minimally invasive procedure used to renew overall skin tone and texture.  It can improve the appearance of sun damage, wrinkles, fine lines, age spots, acne scarring, melasma, and other skin-related concerns and conditions.

           Diamond Microderm                  $75.00

This manual resurfacing treatment removes the outer most layers of dead skin using a diamond tipped wand.  A perfect treatment for dull skin, skin that has a build-up of dead skin cells or skin that has hyperpigmentation.  Benefits include a softer brighter complexion along with increased blood flow and collagen production.

Microderm & Eye Treatment        $120.00

This treatment includes my signature facial, microdermabrasion and eye treatment.  In addition, the added eye treatment works on dark circles, puffiness and hydration of the delicate eye area.

Symposium's Ultrasonic

Ultrasonic treatments utilize high-frequency sound waves to increase blood circulation, stimulate wound repair and increase fibroblast activity, which results in collagen production.  You may ask, why is this important?  It is important because  collagen begins to taper off at the age of 35  and decreases as we age.

Symposium's Ultrasonic therapy amplifies exfoliation, stimulates skin tissue, smooths fine lines and wrinkles and lightens dark spots.  My ultrasonic treatment creates deeper cleansing action and improves collagen regeneration.  This treatment also includes an express facial.

Symposium's LED Phototherapy

LED Phototherapy is a non-invasive hand and facial treatment that uses narrow band, non-thermal LED light energy to trigger your body's natural cell processes to accelerate rejuvenation and repair of the skin.  This treatment is recommended for skin rejuvenation, sun damage, acne, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, sensitive and inflammatory conditions, wound healing and scarring as well as the restoration of skin's radiance.

Ultimate Back Purifier                       $95.00

Enjoy the ultimate treat with my Ultimate Back Purifier.  This back purifier includes warm steam, aromatherapy, dual cleansing, exfoliation and extractions.  After the extractions I perform a high frequency treatment to kill acne-causing bacteria followed with a relaxing massage.   I apply a customize mask specific for your skin type and a light moisturizer.  This is a great treatment for that skin that so often gets neglected.  60 minutes

Sugar Scrubs or Salt Scrubs

Citrus Sugar Body Scrub               $90.00

This sugary citrus scrub is a stimulating organic experience combining citrus aromatherapy oils with exfoliating and moisturizing properties.  Your body is gently scrubbed with a combination of raw sugar, sweet almond oil and coconut oil, leaving your skin smooth and glowing.  This is a gentler alternative to our salt scrub.                           50 minutes

 

Aromatherapy Salt Scrub                $95.00

This full body treatment is to soften, smooth and nourish the skin with dead sea salt and tea tree essential oils.   Tea Tree oils fight acne-causing bacteria while the salts draws out impurities. This salt scrub helps to regenerate collagen while delaying the signs of aging and keeping the skin beautiful.  Followed with a hydrating body crème.                50 minutes

On August 24th, I had to opportunity to try out a facial at Skin Spa Symposium. Saying that I left “feeling like a million bucks” would be a severe understatement. This was – Amazing. (Note: I’m a dude. I was a bit nervous going in, as I truly didn’t know what to expect. Within seconds of entering, I felt comfortable and welcomed.) After some brief paperwork – I was brought into the treatment room. It was cozy, comfortable, and the soft music really added to the ambience. I immediately felt at ease as I laid down. The treatment itself was “Hydra Dermabrasion” and it was quite the experience. Over the course of an hour, my skin was cleansed, exfoliated, derma-braised, cleansed again, etc. There were a couple extras – including some radio frequency toning and some ultrasonic tool. It was quite the process! Finally, things wrapped up with a mud masque and final serum. In the end – my skin was shockingly glowing and dewy. Sherry was awesome and very professional. She walked me thru each of the steps, and made sure I was comfortable. During the 60 minutes, we had some fantastic conversation, which really kept the mood engaging and fun. It’s very clear that Sherry enjoys the work she does, and my results show her dedication and persistence to a quality service.
