Terms and Conditions:

Getting Skin Care Services on a regular basis is one of the healthiest things you can do for yourself. At Skin Spa Symposium, I have made it easy and affordable. This month-to-month skin care program gives you the flexibility to continue for as many months as you wish without any long-term commitments. Each month you will receive your choice of one of my amazing memberships: The Basics, Ruby, Emerald, Sapphire or Diamond Memberships. Additionally, you will receive discounts on services that don’t fall within your membership category. If you get busy and can’t make time for your service, you can rollover the unused service to the following month. Two rollovers allowed within a six month timeframe. Memberships are non- refundable and non-transferable.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION:

Should you request to cancel your membership within the Membership Term, the following month will be charged in full, and thereafter, you will be relieved from making any future membership due payments. Simply send your request to cancel via email to skinspasymposium@yahoo.com and in the subject line type “Membership Cancellation”.

ALL MEMBERS ARE REQUIRED TO NOTIFY ME IMMEDIATELY OF ANY CHANGES TO THE CREDIT CARD LINKED TO THEIR MONTHLY AUTOMATIC DEBIT IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN THEIR MEMBERSHIP PRICING CURRENT AND UP-TO-DATE. FAILURE TO UPDATE YOUR INFO FOR THIS WILL RESULT IN SUSPENSION OF MEMBERSHIP PRICING PRIVILEGES AND SERVICING UNTIL AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS ARE RESTORED.

Monthly Payment and Fee Policy:

Your monthly payments will be charged 30 days from your enrollment date with charges billed on the same date each month. *There is a one-time, non-refundable sign-up fee of $30 due at signing for the Ruby, Emerald, Sapphire and Diamond Memberships and a $15 sign-up fee for The Basic Membership.

Appointment Cancellation Policy:

All appointment cancellations will require a 24-hour cancellation notice. *If you fail to call and cancel your appointment 24 hours before the date of your booked appointment, or you are a “no show”, your credit card will be charged a $30 fee.
